On Krestovskoye Highway in Pskov they plan to build four apartment buildings and a school with 525 places: public hearings were held in Pskov to approve the design of the planning and survey of two land plots on Krestovskoye Highway for the purpose of comprehensive development of the territory.

Thus, on this territory it is planned to build four multi-apartment residential buildings (7-9 floors) with built-in non-residential premises, a built-in preschool educational institution, and the construction of a school for 525 places.

In addition, plans include the construction of engineering structures – sewage pumping stations, a gas boiler house, a 10/0.4 kV transformer substation, as well as the construction of a road network.

At public hearings to the speaker – I. O. Nikolai Vinogradov, head of the department for urban planning activities of the Pskov administration, did not receive any questions.
