Employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, with the support of a special unit of the Russian Guard, checked compliance with migration legislation in places where foreign citizens gather in the Leninsky and Kalininsky districts of Novosibirsk. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the region.
– During the raid, two administrative offenses were revealed under Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation”, three under Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Illegal implementation by a foreign citizen or stateless person citizenship of labor activity in the Russian Federation”, one under Part 1 of Article 19.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Providing false information when carrying out migration registration”the message says.
The violators were placed in a temporary detention facility for foreigners to be expelled from Russia.
