A resident of the Northern capital died after participating in a sporting event.
On Thursday, April 25, it became known that a 20-year-old student who suffered a head injury during a competition died in one of the St. Petersburg hospitals. Fontanka reported this.
According to the publication, the girl, who was studying at the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, participated in a sporting event on her birthday, April 17. According to preliminary information, she hit herself hard after performing the exercise, after which the local resident felt ill.
The student was hospitalized in serious condition. A few days later she died without regaining consciousness.
Let us remember that in December last year it was reported that in Pargolovo a 17-year-old girl died after falling while leaving the bathroom. The girl studied at one of the universities in St. Petersburg.
