A court has jailed a man who nearly killed his drinking buddy during an argument. The Zyuzinsky interdistrict prosecutor assisted in his arrest. The head of the press service of the capital’s prosecutor’s office, Lyudmila Nefedova, reported this to Vechernaya Moskva on Thursday, April 25.
According to VM’s interlocutor, the suspect has already been taken into custody. He was charged under Part 3 of Article 30 of Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for attempted murder. The prosecutor’s office took control of the investigation into the incident.
The crime in question occurred on Baku Street. Two men were drinking in a store. At some point, a conflict occurred between them, during which the attacker beat up his drinking companion and then stabbed him several times.
On the same day, it became known that a suspect in the attempted murder of a man in southwest Moscow had been detained. This was reported by the senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow, Yulia Ivanova. According to her, a criminal case was opened under the article “Attempted Murder” based on this fact.
