A seafood lover was detained in the Zheleznodorozhny district. The story was told by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.
The incident occurred back in October 2023. A 41-year-old local resident tried to steal a package of seafood from a store, but while employees were trying to stop the thief, the man dropped the package and the contents crumbled. The attacker himself escaped.
It turned out that the Voronezh resident had previously been convicted of drugs and had evaded law enforcement for a long time. At the police department, he admitted his guilt in the incident.
A criminal case has been initiated into the robbery. Now the thief is in a temporary detention center.
