The winners of the eighth interregional youth festival of social projects “Mission to Preserve” were awarded in St. Petersburg, the press service of the KGIOP reported.

This year, schoolchildren and students under 24 years old presented about 50 projects. The initiative “Riddles of Shuvalovsky Park” received first place. The project was developed by students of the Department of Theory and History of Culture of the Institute of Human Philosophy of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen. They suggested creating a Telegram bot with a guide to the park.

The project “A Day at Benoit’s Dacha” by students of the “Environmental Design” program at St. Petersburg State University will receive support within the framework of the KGIOP “Heritage of the Outskirts” program. The authors proposed holding a festival, which would include a family holiday at the dacha with excursions, educational games and creative master classes.

Second place went to the idea of ​​students from school No. 439 of the Petrodvortsovo district, “Childhood in uniform. Guardians of the Town” about the Leningrad Border Suvorov School and its role in the history of Peterhof. Second place was also taken by the project “Riddles of the Middle Slingshot” by students from school No. 376 in the Moscow region.
