25th of April. A regular meeting of the city’s administrative commission was held at the administrative and technical control department. The department constantly monitors compliance by legal entities and individuals with the Rules for the improvement and maintenance of Magadan territories; identified violations are reviewed weekly, the press service of the Magadan City Hall told MagadanMedia.
An administrative protocol for the absence of an address sign of the established type on the building was drawn up against its owner. The house is located on Aviation Street. Inspectors also noted that the building and surrounding area were in unsatisfactory condition. There are cracks and potholes on the façade. The site also needs repairs and fencing.
— The architectural appearance of the city is being destroyed. In addition, in this condition, the building and fence are a source of danger,” the commission members noted.
The owner explained that it was in this condition that she purchased the house and land in November last year; climatic conditions did not allow her to immediately begin repairs. However, she has already placed the address sign and has begun working on installing new fencing. And in the warm season, the façade of the building will also be put in order.
The commission members decided not to fine the Magadan woman and chose a warning as a measure of responsibility.
Let us remind you that liability for failure to comply with the requirements of the Landscaping Rules is provided for in Article 6.4 of the Law of the Magadan Region of March 15, 2005 No. 583-OZ “On Administrative Offenses in the Magadan Region”. Violators may be given a warning or a fine: for citizens – in the amount of 2.5 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 5 thousand to 20 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 15 thousand to 75 thousand rubles.
