In St. Petersburg, temporary restrictions on traffic will be introduced in connection with rehearsals and a ceremonial parade dedicated to the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. We talk about the upcoming restrictions.

From 00:00 April 29 to 12:30 May 9 Stopping transport will be prohibited on:

— the embankment of the Moika River from Nevsky Prospekt to Pevchesky Bridge;

— driving along building No. 4 and houses No. 6-8 on Palace Square;

– Millionnaya Street from Palace Square to Mramorny Lane.

From 14:00 to 18:30 on April 30, from 07:00 to 12:30 on May 5 Traffic will be prohibited on:

— the embankment of the Moika River from Nevsky Prospekt to Pevchesky Bridge;

– Millionnaya Street;

— driving along building No. 4 and houses No. 6-8 on Palace Square;

— Winter Canal embankment;

— Palace Embankment;

– Dvortsovy Proezd;

— Admiralteysky Prospekt from Gorokhovaya Street to Nevsky Prospekt;

— Admiralteyskaya embankment;

— Nevsky Prospekt from Sadovaya Street to Dvortsovy Proezd.

Let us remind you that on April 30, the first rehearsal for the May 9 parade with the participation of military equipment will take place in St. Petersburg. On the morning of May 5 there will be a dress rehearsal. Previously, MR7 shared photos of the first rehearsal.

The Victory Parade will take place in St. Petersburg on May 9 at 10:00 on Palace Square. About 4.5 thousand people will take part in it, as well as 78 units of military equipment. However, there will be no aviation this year.
