The analysis was carried out by the laboratory.

In the Tver region, on the outskirts of the village of Ordino in the Staritsky district of the Tver region, a dump of livestock waste, in other words, heaps of manure, was discovered. The violation was recorded by specialists from the regional Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

During the on-site inspection, it was determined that heaps had formed near the forest and were regularly replenished by a local large farm. Residents of the municipality told the Ministry of Natural Resources staff about this.

An accredited laboratory was hired to determine the damage caused to the soil. The results of the study showed soil contamination. Soil damage amounted to more than 2.5 million rubles.

Taking into account the importance and complexity of agricultural work, the farm was offered options for soil restoration with the lowest financial costs. But no measures were taken by the company.

The ministry then filed a lawsuit to oblige the company to remove the waste and compensate for the damage. During the trial, the defendant completely eliminated piles of manure from the soil. The financial claims were satisfied.
