Voronezh authorities decided to equalize tariffs for residents of the Center economic zone with the prices of neighboring sites

Voronezh. 04/25/2024. ABIREG.RU – The government of the Voronezh region has established new tariffs for the load of the sewer and water supply networks during the technical connection of facilities of residents of the special economic zone “Center” and the industrial park “Maslovsky”.

Now a cubic meter of water will cost 405.4 rubles, and a cubic meter of sewage will cost 447.5 rubles. Is it a lot or a little – we decided to find out from the resident of the economic zone, Andrei Blagov.

“The (new) tariff has increased three times compared to the old one <...> The decision was made unilaterally, so there is no way to challenge it. But drilling your own well is also not an option,” said Mr. Blagov.

The businessman emphasized that previously the tariffs for these services were much cheaper than in other SEZs, but now they have simply been equalized, and they “have become like everywhere else.” In general, Andrei Blagov’s production does not require a huge amount of water consumption, so the increase will not greatly affect the operation of the business.

At the same time, according to Blagov, electricity is very expensive in the Center SEZ. And it is precisely this that is consumed most in production. The businessman noted that it is cheaper in neighboring areas. Somewhere even significant.

Let us remind you that in the economic zone “Center” there is a composite materials plant for the production of prepregs, foil dielectrics and technical laminates of Andrey Blagov. Recently, a man told Abiregu that production was being expanded. On the territory of the zone, the businessman also built a plant for the production of components for spacecraft. Investments in the project were estimated at 3.5 billion rubles.
