Bryansk Province | “IT gatherings” started at Bryansk State Technical University

The Bryansk State University of Engineering and Technology launched the “IT gatherings: BGITU” project. These are professional, informal, but very educational meetings for those associated with the IT industry.

As part of the first release “Sber visiting IT.bgitu students”, a meeting was held with representatives of Sberbank PJSC. We talked to students of the Department of Information Technologies:

• Lead Java developer Artem Barshchevsky;
• Master IT analyst Nikolay Povyshev;
• head of testing department Elena Mayorova;
• Head of the technology block office of Sberbank PJSC Ekaterina Galieva.

The head of the department, vice-rector of BSITU for digitalization Oleg Kazakov and the director of the IT company Pavel Protasov noted the importance of the project, since the IT department implements curricula and discipline programs taking into account the wishes of representatives of the IT industry.
