A ban on the use of pyrotechnic products in the Tambov region is introduced from April 27 to May 10. The decision was made at a joint meeting of the anti-terrorism commission and the regional operational headquarters in order to take additional measures to ensure the safety of citizens in the region.
The exception includes pyrotechnic products that meet hazard class I, including firecrackers, sparklers, and cold fire fountains. For violation of established requirements, a fine is provided:
for citizens it ranges from one thousand to five thousand rubles;
for officials – from five thousand to twenty thousand rubles;
for legal entities – from twenty thousand to one hundred thousand rubles.
