Learn to teach. At the second Interregional meeting of methodologists in Sevastopol, the possibilities of professional development of teachers were discussed. More than 200 forum participants gathered at the Engineering School: both teachers and methodologists themselves, and managers – heads of educational institutions and their deputies, including from Yekaterinburg, Voronezh, Donetsk and Moscow. The program includes master classes and lectures on the development of professional skills necessary for a specialist in the field of education.

ELENA FILIMONOVA, Head of the Center for Continuous Professional Development of Teaching Workers: “Methodologists will learn how to present themselves in a new, innovative way in a professional skills competition, how a teacher can overcome professional burnout, how to summarize their experience in order to effectively present it again at a professional skills competition or make a methodological development.”

As part of the rally, there was also a presentation of one of the key federal projects for teachers, “Flagships of Education” of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities.” Last year, Mikhail Dorokhov, a teacher at the Black Sea Higher Naval School, was among the top ten winners of the competition of the same name.

BORIS SOLOVYOV, head of the project “Flagships of Education” of the ANO “Russia-Land of Opportunities”: “The project is aimed primarily at teachers and managers in the field of education. This is an educational marathon, and an entrance diagnostic in order to identify one’s professional deficiencies and growth points, this is the competition itself, which is the core of our project, and the finalists of which are included in the personnel reserve formed by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.”

“Flagships of Education” pays special attention to working with future teachers – a separate nomination is presented at the competition for students of this profile.
