The Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region accepted the claim of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Saratov Region against several residents of the regional center. It concerns the seizure of premises in house No. 81 on Moskovskaya Street.

Let us recall that the Versiya-Saratov news agency reported that the Federal Property Management Agency intended to seize the mentioned house back in 2022. Later it became known that the court imposed a ban on registration actions on the house and the plot under it. It was also reported that there was an intention to seize residential apartments.

The reason is that the building is included in the list of cultural heritage sites (Skvortsov House, mid-1890s) and the property should not have been privatized.

The claim that has now been accepted for proceedings states that non-residential premises with an area of 28.4 square meters, 89.8 square meters and 122.7 square meters are going to be seized.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 13. The lawsuit will be considered by Judge Kirill Elistratov.
