Five projects are already in operation. In Kostroma, repairs have begun on sections that this year are included in the plan of the Presidential national project “Safe, High-Quality Roads.”
On the street Titova is putting in order the section from the street. Sovetskaya to Shirokov Square. The old coating has been milled here, and the contractor is now laying the new one. Work is in full swing at the intersection of the street. Susanina and st. Sverdlov, where additional lanes will appear, which will increase the throughput of the intersection. The construction of sand and crushed stone bases has already been completed, and asphalting has begun. Preparations for repairs also started on Marshal Ustinov and Energetikov streets, Studenchesky Proezd. In total, this season, according to the national project in Kostroma, nine sections with a total length of more than 5 km will be put in order. At all sites, work will be carried out comprehensively: not only the roadway will be updated, but also sidewalks, parking lots and stop pockets will be installed, curbs will be replaced, tactile tiles will be installed, and lawns will be laid out.
