The semi-finals of the competition took place in Rostov-on-Don, and the family will go to Moscow for the finals. It will take place from July 5 to 8, reports the Sevastopol government portal.
“We dedicated the New Year holidays to completing tasks. The maximum was achieved in a short period of time. It turned out very funny with the cartoon, we made a plot based on “The Bremen Town Musicians”, everyone was given roles. Instead of a cart, we had a cargo gazelle; it was very difficult to stand with the tool on the platform that was moving. We were also surrounded by other cars that should not have been included in the frame. We probably did a hundred takes,” — Dad Alexey recalls.
The plots for many of the videos were taken from life. Helping others, sports activities — These are all normal family affairs.
“It was a great honor for us to reach the semi-finals of the “It’s in Our Family” competition.” We went to Rostov-on-Don with the thought that we had already won, this was an incredible opportunity and an unplanned family vacation. From the very beginning the trip was an exciting journey. The opening day was incredibly eventful, my head was spinning from new acquaintances, a kaleidoscope of beautiful families and events,” — Svetlana says.
At the evaluation events, everyone was very worried, but they decided: they will do what they can. The family took part in the activities, and then went to the festive concert and the ceremony itself.
“Emotions cannot be conveyed. We cried, and smiled, and hugged, and shouted words of gratitude. My legs were trembling and I couldn’t believe my luck! Probably, the real realization came only the next day. All these four days became a real family holiday for us,” — grandmother Irina Sergeevna shares.
The Savchenko-Kocharyan team believes that participation in the competition gives the family a lot: unity and cohesion, the opportunity to become closer to each other and learn something new.
“We reached the finals, and this is a really significant event for our family. We look forward to the joy of the trip and dream of a big trip with the whole family,” — concluded Svetlana’s mother.
Organizer of the competition “It’s in our family” — autonomous non-profit organization “Russia — land of opportunity.” The co-organizers of the competition are Rosmolodezh and the First Movement. The competition is held in the Year of the Family with the participation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Russian Society “Knowledge”, ANO “More than a Journey”, the sociological agency “Weber” (project of ANO “Dialogue” and ANO “Dialogue Regions”) .
