Kaluga official was held accountable for long-term provision of municipal services

For violation of the procedure for providing municipal services in the field of land legal relations, the prosecutor’s office of the Kaluga region brought to administrative responsibility an official of the local government body of the Kozelsky district.

The inspection was carried out at the request of a local resident. As a result, violations of the terms of provision of municipal services for the redistribution of land plots, state ownership of which is not demarcated, were identified. The service was provided to the citizen later than the 20-day period provided for by municipal regulations.

An official of the Kozelsky district administration was brought to justice in the form of a warning.
