10 counterfeit banknotes discovered in the banking sector of the Belgorod region in the first quarter of 2024. Almost all of them are five thousand dollar bills.
According to specialists from the Belgorod branch of the Bank of Russia, the number of counterfeits in the region continues to decline. In January-March 2023, for comparison, they were withdrawn from circulation in the banking sector 19 banknotes with signs of counterfeit.
