The team of Tula bloggers “Patriots of Russia” informs Tula residents about their volunteer work and social activities. This was reported on their page on the social network VKontakte.

“Patriots of Russia” have been doing this for almost 13 years. On a regular basis, bloggers meet with the administration of the city of Tula, with ministers and members of the government of the Tula region, with deputies, etc.

In dialogue with the authorities for many years, Tula bloggers have managed to solve many pressing problems for Tula residents, as well as implement their proposals and initiatives. As a result, the quality of life of Tula residents and simply the level of interaction with the authorities increases.

The other day, on April 23, another meeting of patriotic bloggers took place with the head of the Tula city administration Ilya Bespalov, deputy heads of administration, heads of city districts, heads of departments and administration employees. The main block of questions was devoted to transport.

In preparation for the meeting, bloggers worked on the main issues that concern Tula residents: equipping commercial vehicles with validators, improving the skills of drivers in the areas of using accessible environments and operating ramps in transport, cleanliness of public transport, violation of safety rules, violation of the maximum passenger capacity of vehicles, speed limits for scooters and control over compliance with legislation. etc. “Patriots of Russia” received comprehensive, detailed answers to all their questions.

In addition, Ilya Bespalov gave instructions to create a working group and invite the youth part of the Tula bloggers “Patriots of Russia” team, which carried out volunteer work in transport. The guys previously conducted monitoring on many problematic issues, summarized the results and are ready to discuss them with administration specialists. In addition, the bloggers asked to organize an excursion for new team members to the situation center of the city of Tula.

Having discussed the results of the winter period, social activists drew the administration’s attention to improving joint work with the traffic police when clearing the streets of snow, especially on those streets where parked cars interfere with this cleaning. The impossibility of timely cleaning leads to a narrowing of the road surface.

The fate of the snow removal site in the Myasnovsky market area was also discussed at the meeting. It turned out that the administration is working on this issue and plans to close it and move it to another place, and put the road to it in order.

At the last meeting, bloggers had many questions about landscaping inside the Levoberezhny microdistrict; they asked for new sidewalks and exits, and raised the issue of the inadmissibility of installing an external heating main through the entire microdistrict. Ilya Bespalov informed the public that all the issues had been practically worked out, completed, and the external heating main, which was disfiguring and causing inconvenience for the residents of the microdistrict, would be removed immediately after the end of the heating season. The decision has already been made and will be implemented.

In addition, Tula residents have repeatedly appealed to the Tula city administration with a request to resolve the issue of joining the second (historical part) of the Batashevsky Garden to the main park and including this part also in the Tula Parks association. Let us remind you that June 12 marks 10 years since the beginning of the revival of the Batashevsky Garden through the efforts of a member of the team of bloggers Sergei Vlasov. For many years, Sergei Vlasov organized and conducted cleanup days to clean up the Batashevsky Garden, and at a certain moment the city administration came to his aid, so public activists and authorities joined forces.
The result is that the Batashevsky Garden has been revived and has become a wonderful vacation spot for Tula residents.

The guys also asked the Tula administration to restore historical justice and return the second (the territory was leased from the Ice Arena, the lease has now been terminated) part of the park for “Tula Parks”, and begin landscaping there. The bloggers’ initiative was taken more than seriously, Ilya Bespalov was given instructions to work on this issue and we really hope that the issue will be resolved positively and on June 12, Russia Day, the 10th anniversary of the park’s revival will be celebrated in the park, it will be announced that the historical part of the park will be included in “Tula Parks”.
