The President declared 2024 the Year of the Family in Russia. Measures to support families with children are in effect in the Bryansk region, RIA Strela reports.

22 types of benefits and compensation were paid in 2023 from the regional and federal budgets. 20,019 Bryansk families raising 82,423 children became recipients. In addition, in 2020, maternity capital increased to 200 thousand rubles.
