A student at the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design died in the hospital without regaining consciousness.

As reported by 78.ru, the girl was hospitalized from the university with an intracerebral hematoma and hemorrhage; in addition, the student had congenital heart disease. It was reported that the girl was taking physical exercise standards during the GTO competition and probably hit her head.

The victim remained in intensive care on a ventilator for several days. The mother of the deceased said that the doctors did everything possible, but the girl’s heart stopped.

In January, the body of a 16-year-old Dynamo-Forward hockey player was found on the street in St. Petersburg. The reason for the incident was not specified. The coach emphasized that the reason was definitely not in relations with the team: the team was friendly, and the players were not seen in conflicts.

In the same month, Anastasia Sereda, a 20-year-old student of the Olympic Reserve Sports School for short track speed skating, died. The girl died from complications of the flu while still in a coma. The athlete was diagnosed with cerebral edema.
