TDSC’s new project in the east of Tomsk – the Botanika residential complex – will become a striking example of a green lifestyle in the city. It will combine functional urban housing with good ecology.
To introduce you to the project, we decided to tell you about the main features of the residential complex. There are many of them, but we decided to start with these.
Lots of trees and shrubs in the yards
We don’t just landscape yards, we plant valuable mature, large trees and shrubs. And most importantly – no surprises or exoticism, the task was just the opposite: to recreate the natural tree landscape of our latitudes. Everything is very native and homely: maples, rowan trees, birches, cedars. Each block will have its own symbol tree, which will become the basis of the landscaping and the brand of the block.

Through entrances
Passages in the entrances to the courtyard and to the street are about safety and intimacy. They make the yards just yours. It’s easy to let children play in them alone or comfortably play sports, read a book or communicate only with selected people.
And, of course, this is about conveniently and quickly “getting out of a taxi”, “walking to a parked car” and “going to the bakery”.

We know a lot about children’s everyday life. After all, our little residents have tried out different play complexes from entire “Disneylands” in the South Gate to the universal stylish play complexes “On Komsomolsky”. Therefore, in “Botany” the architects took the best – functional and comfortable, beautiful, popular. Something you can’t walk away from even for a delicious mom’s lunch!

Better than standard
Almost everything in Botanika was created according to the principles of a “comfort” class environment. The entrance areas have become spacious, and warm parking areas have appeared for storing mini-vehicles. The architecture of the house facades is stylish and harmonious. The apartments have also become better: larger and more comfortable, brighter due to large windows and panoramic glazing of the loggias.
