I wanted to get my license without training

The investigation department for the city of Shadrinsk transferred the case of a 35-year-old resident of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug to the court. The woman is accused of giving a bribe to an official for committing obviously illegal actions, reports the Investigative Committee of the Kurgan Region.

The woman paid a college teacher to get a certificate of completion without classes or an exam. I wanted to become a category B car driver.

The traffic police accepted the certificate and allowed the woman to take the exam. She successfully passed it and received her license. Now the driver’s license has become evidence.

The teacher also became a defendant in the criminal case.
