For one square meter they ask for only 1 ruble.

In Volgograd, a popular advertisement resource posted an offer to rent out space in a long-term construction hotel on Krasnoznamenskaya Street.

This is the same “mirror” hotel that was planned to be commissioned for the 2018 World Cup, but by decision of the federal commission this facility was not included in the number of hotels that could accommodate tourists and football fans coming to Volgograd.

To this day, most of the area of the facility, which is in unfinished status, is empty. The offices of one of the banks are located on the ground floor. Now the owners of the property plan to rent out the premises. The total area of the proposed territories is from 320 to 970 square meters with the shortest rental period – 60 months.

The advertisement states that the premises are offered for rent as a Sky Bar – a restaurant with gorgeous panoramic views of the city and the Volga on the 19th floor of the business center. This is the highest floor of the building.

“The premises are transferred to the tenant in shell & core condition,” the ad says. – It is possible to increase the area to 970 sq. m, adding the floor below (18th).

By the way, for one square meter of rented space, the owner’s representatives want to receive only 1 ruble.
