A counselor from Tula became the best in Russia. The girl took the Grand Prix of the X All-Russian Olympics of counselors in Moscow.
The event, which lasted six months, was attended by 700 counselors from all over the country. 14 counselors reached the finals.
“Winning the competition was unexpected for me. I would like to advise all the guys not to be afraid of anything, improve their skills and be sure to participate in competitions of leader skills, take risks and have fun. Thanks to everyone who helped me prepare and supported me. “We’ll meet at the cinema,” Maria Ushakova shared her emotions.
The Olympics included several distance and face-to-face stages. Counselors could show themselves in team and individual competitions:
