The activities of black realtors were stopped employees of the 6th department of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kirov region in the Vyatskopolyansky district. With the support of the SOBR of the Russian Guard, two twin brothers born in 1986 who organized fraudulent activities were detained.

As the police found out, since 2018, as part of the activities of an organized real estate agency, the brothers found in the Vyatskopolyansky district, as a rule, single citizens with real estate who abused alcohol. Potential victims were offered to exchange apartments for housing of a smaller size with an additional payment. As a result, victims either moved to properties unsuitable for habitation or were left without housing at all.

The apartments obtained fraudulently were transferred to the brothers or to persons controlled by them. Then they were sold. The suspects spent the money on personal needs, including the purchase of expensive cars and trips abroad.

“As a result of police searches at places of residence and offices, more than 2.5 million rubles were discovered and seized, as well as gold jewelry with a total value of more than 2 million rubles, presumably purchased with criminally obtained money,” commented the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kirov Region. .
