At the Coordination Council under the Governor of Kuzbass, the interim results of the activities in the region of the Russian movement of children and youth were summed up

Activists of the organization, specialists from local branches and heads of municipalities discussed directions for further work, the participation of Kuzbass residents in regional and federal projects of the Movement of the First.

“Kuzbass First” are leaders in the country in many areas. Despite the fact that the movement has existed in the region for just over a year, it has already united more than 85 thousand children with useful and important projects, and more than 1,700 actions, events, and projects have been implemented throughout KuZbass. Now I set before you the most important task – to join a large and friendly team in the fight against cyber fraudsters. This should be a priority now.” — emphasized Governor Sergei Tsivilev.

He told the kids that they needed to help their elderly relatives install anti-spam programs on their phones, convince them not to answer unknown numbers, constantly talk about the schemes of criminals, and remind relatives to be vigilant.

“This will not only protect the family budget, but will also help our soldiers and residents of border areas, because the funds received by the scammers are used to arm the neo-Nazis,” – noted the head of the region.

To coordinate the activities of the First Movement in Kuzbass, Sergei Tsivilev instructed the regional Ministry of Digital Development to develop the country’s first children’s Incident. Also, by order of the governor in Kemerovo, activists were allocated premises for the regional headquarters. It has already been renovated, furniture has been purchased, and office equipment is currently being purchased. Branches are open in all municipalities of the region.
