We are talking about an abandoned kindergarten behind house 105 on Tutaevskoe Highway.
Construction began on it back in 2015; the municipal contract was won by the company “BusinessStyle” from the Moscow region. However, the matter did not go beyond the foundation. Soon a criminal case was opened for fraud, and the general director of the company is still on the federal wanted list.
The city hall started talking about the fact that the kindergarten would be completed at the very beginning of 2024. Money was allocated to adjust the project, which was soon ready. And on April 25, an open competition was announced to determine the contractor that will build a preschool institution on Tutaevskoye Highway.
The initial contract price was 367 million 22 thousand 352 rubles and 19 kopecks. The contractor will be named based on the results of the competition on May 17. According to the draft contract, the kindergarten must be built and commissioned by December 8, 2025. The new kindergarten will have three floors and a total area of 7,393 square meters. It is planned to re-open the site and cut down the bushes by June, and laying the walls will begin in the summer.
