The local commissioner of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Khasynsky district established that a previously convicted 36-year-old resident of the village of Palatka, who was under administrative supervision, had repeatedly violated the restrictions imposed on him by the court, the press service of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Magadan Region reported to MagadanMedia news agency.

A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated failure to comply with restrictions established by the court). The maximum sanction is imprisonment for up to one year.

In total, 133 incidents and crimes were reported over the past 24 hours. 15 people were brought to duty stations for various offenses.
