The growth in demand for office employees in Tyumen increased by 20% over the year. Representative of “Avito Work” Elizaveta Churina spoke about this.
“Gray collar workers, in our understanding, are employees with some qualifications, for example, sales managers,” Churina shared with Tyumen Line. According to her, demand for them has increased by 20%. At the same time, the level of competition has reached a historical minimum. Now it is only 2.8%.
The leaders in hiring office employees in the Tyumen region are manufacturing (vacancy growth by 19%) and construction (vacancy growth by 16%). Engineers are the least needed among gray collar workers.
Tyumen organizations are actively searching for workers with knowledge of Arabic. Employers’ demand for such employees has quadrupled in 2023 relative to 2022.
