“From May 2 to May 11, the open-air museum “Weapon of Victory” will begin its work in the Camp Garden. The exhibition includes 23 units of legendary armored and anti-aircraft equipment and guns from the Great Patriotic War, 19 of which were restored and restored by the Sibagro company,” – the message says.

It is noted that all the equipment presented – from tanks to anti-aircraft guns – took part in real battles. The SU-100 self-propelled artillery mount was used in the operations to capture Berlin and liberate Czechoslovakia and Poland. A special place on the excursion will be given to war heroes. They will tell about the feat of Zinovy ​​Kolobanov, who was included in the Guinness Book of Records, about Mikhail Koshkin, who created the famous T-34 tank.

“Guests will get acquainted with the famous “Katyusha” and find out why it used to be called “Raisa Sergeevna”. They will see a new exhibit – the KV-2 heavy assault tank, nicknamed “Stalin’s Fist”. The tank on display is one of only three intact copies in the world that have survived.” , – added the press service.
