The renovation of courtyard areas in Kaliningrad is planned to be completed before October 1. This was stated by the head of the administration, Elena Dyatlova, during a working visit on Thursday, April 25.
For a couple of years now, our committee has been able to negotiate contracts for courtyard repairs on time and complete all work by October. I hope they won’t let us down this year either. Work on all sites has already begun. So far, the contractors have not had any problems,” Dyatlova noted.
In total, 15 courtyard areas are planned to be renovated in 2024. 214 million rubles are allocated for this work.
The program includes eight detached houses, the courtyards next to which will be cleaned up at the expense of the city budget. Another seven territories belong to several MKDs. Funds are also allocated for these works from the regional budget. Co-financing from residents under two programs amounts to about 16 million rubles.
In 2023, 13 objects were improved in Kaliningrad. Specialists repaired five large areas and eight courtyards of detached houses.
