Animation project “Lyuska and Meatball’s Big Journey“will be shown on the Karusel TV channel.
Within the framework of the forum “Russian creative week Ural-2024“a presentation of several “cinema” projects took place. The event took place in an improvised cinema hall in the Sinara trolleybus. During the two days of the forum, city transport held screenings of films and cartoons created in the Chelyabinsk region. On the final day of the business program with your work – a cartoon “The Big Journey of Lyuska and Meatballs» – introduced the forum participants director Artem Inglin .
According to a Chelyabinsk resident, the idea for the project was born six years ago, when he and his family were returning from a vacation from Lake Uvildy.
– The children asked me why Uvildy is called that. I had to think. That’s when we started thinking about the need to introduce children to the history of the Urals,” Artem Inglin told South Ural Panorama. – This is how the idea came up to create a series about what is interesting in our region. But this is not a history project. Our series has a lot of adventures that captivate people. In the future, perhaps, we will cover not only South Ural locations, but also attractions throughout the country: historical, tourist, industrial.
As the author of the animation project notes, he and his team initially considered children and teenagers aged 9 to 16 years who were studying history to be the target audience. But as practice has shown, the cartoon interested both younger viewers and people over 35-40 years old.
It is noteworthy that recently Artem Inglin signed an agreement to broadcast the cartoon on the federal TV channel “Carousel“and the whole country will see the cartoon. Cartoon “The Big Adventure of Lyuska and Frikaldelka“will be the first South Ural animation project to reach the federal level.
– Of course, we made every effort to get on the federal channel. We must pay tribute to the founder of the Foundation for Social, Cultural and Educational Initiatives 2020, Irina Nikolaevna Teksler. It was she who introduced us to the producers, who in turn brought us to “Carousel“- emphasized Artem Inglin. – We managed to show our product, which the channel’s producers liked and they gave the go-ahead for its showing. True, so far we are talking about two series. We have the first one ready. The second one should be presented by the end of summer. We won a grant for two series. Next we will look for sponsors to continue our work. Actually, the project itself currently involves 12 episodes.
