As a result of an accident that occurred yesterday, April 25, in the Tatishchevsky district, five adults and an eight-month-old child were injured. Details of the accident were provided by Svobodnye Novosti news agency at the Saratov Center for Disaster Medicine.
Earlier it became known that the day before at 11.20 on the section of the highway between the village of Kamenka and Petrovsk, a passenger intercity bus “Luidor” on route No. 632 “Petrovsk-Saratov”, a GAZon truck and a Geely passenger car collided. According to the prosecutor’s office, the truck collided with a passenger car, which was thrown into the oncoming lane by the impact, and at that moment a passenger bus crashed into it.
Officials said the accident injured five people, including one child, and all were hospitalized.
According to the CMC, the baby’s condition after the incident was assessed as satisfactory, and doctors recommended outpatient treatment for him. In addition, a 57-year-old man was seriously injured in the accident and was hospitalized in the Saratov regional hospital.
The 26-year-old participant in the accident also required outpatient treatment. Two women, 35 and 40 years old, as well as a 55-year-old man, refused hospitalization after being examined by doctors.
