The most promising directions for investment in suburban real estate in the capital’s market are the following directions: western, southern, southwestern and northern, Sergei Fakira, general director of the ABC of Real Estate company, told RIAMO.
“Each of them (directions – ed.) has its own advantages. For example, the north and northwest are valued for their excellent nature and ecology. There are very beautiful places there, the Istra reservoir, many green areas,” said Fakira.
He added that the western direction is considered the most elite direction. The location of well-known locations there, such as Rublyovka and New Riga, speaks for itself. The locations here are characterized by a high level of infrastructure and communications. A good, uncongested highway allows you to quickly and practically without traffic jams get to Moscow.
“In the southwestern direction, the areas of New Moscow that are primarily in demand for suburban properties. Their additional advantage is their residence in the capital. The southern direction of the Moscow region also boasts excellent transport accessibility. He concluded that, on the contrary, the eastern direction is not the most interesting, as it loses in terms of transport accessibility, infrastructure and wind rose.
Earlier, the governor of the region, Andrei Vorobyov, said that in a number of new territories in the Moscow region there is a high demand for housing construction.
“We have a high demand for the construction of new housing in certain areas,” Vorobiev said.
