In Ryazan, the inscription on the memorial stone about the youth movement in the Central Park of Culture and Leisure was restored. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.
The first meeting of Komsomol members took place in 1919. On April 25, 1978, on the opening day of the XVIII Komsomol Congress, a birch alley was planted in the Central Park of Culture and Culture by veterans and students of the Ryazan Radio Engineering Institute. On April 24, 1985, on the 40th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a birch grove was planted nearby and a memorial stone was erected with information about these events. The stone was delivered by Radio University students from the Klepikovsky district. Over time, the inscription was lost.
Komsomol veterans told modern youth about the events of the past.
