The Bryansk folk music ensemble “Vataga” performed at the Lugansk State Academy of Culture and Arts. This was reported by the Bryansk Philharmonic. The performance was organized as part of the “Dobrovision for Donbass” project.

Together with the artists, the students and teachers of the academy were welcomed by the author of the “Dobrovision” project, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, Oleg Nilov.

— At this unique concert, Russian folk songs intertwined with soldier motifs were performed. Folk music united military and civilians, because Russian folk songs are a living cultural heritage passed on from generation to generation, the Bryansk Philharmonic reported.

Chairman of the LPR People’s Council Committee on Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Energy, Transport and Communications Gennady Tarakanov presented “Vatage” with a certificate of honor.
