In Ryazan, the maintenance of courtyards and surrounding areas was checked

In Ryazan, a large-scale raid took place in courtyards and surrounding areas, in which representatives of prefectures, the energy and housing and communal services departments, the administrative and technical inspection department, and the State Housing Inspectorate took part. Detours took place in all areas of the city.

Representatives of regulatory authorities checked the maintenance of the yards and surrounding areas, and the condition of container sites. All facts of improper fulfillment of their obligations by management companies were recorded. According to them, instructions will be sent to the heads of organizations to eliminate violations. In particular, this applies to littered container sites, as well as sites that are not equipped in accordance with the requirements: without a solid foundation, with broken fences and containers.

In addition, the raid participants checked the maintenance of the adjacent territories located along the fences of the courtyards, registered as common property. According to the Landscaping Rules, management companies must also keep these areas clean.

Specialists from the administrative and technical inspection department recorded cars parked in green areas owned by the municipality. As reported on the city administration website, protocols will be drawn up and fines will be issued to the owners.

In total, yards were inspected yesterday at 50 addresses, managed by 23 different management organizations. Such raids will take place on a regular basis.
