Bryansk Province | BMZ became the best enterprise in Bryansk in terms of labor protection

In 2023, the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant won a review competition for the best state of labor protection in industrial organizations in the city of Bryansk. This was reported by the press service of the enterprise.

It is noted that the BMZ uses an integrated approach to organizing labor protection and industrial safety. This allows us to achieve significant improvements in working conditions and safety culture year after year.

In 2023, more than 83 million rubles were spent on the reconstruction of workshops, heating and ventilation systems, repairs and arrangement of sanitary facilities and locker rooms. To improve working conditions, equipment was purchased that protects against exposure to harmful factors: overhead cranes, lifts, stackers, reach trucks, electric trolleys, washing machines, electric ovens.

Training, instructions and knowledge tests on labor protection and industrial safety were organized. In 2023, 1,123 employees were trained in this area.
