Chelyabinsk residents will clean up squares and parks as part of the All-Russian cleanup day

Chelyabinsk has joined the All-Russian cleanup day, so tomorrow the townspeople will tidy up popular places for walking. The cleanup starts at 1:30 p.m. and will affect all areas of the city, so residents can choose the location that is closest to them.

“Anyone can take part in them. We will provide everyone with equipment, gloves and bags,” the press service of the Chelyabinsk administration reported. The list of places where cleanup days will be held tomorrow is posted below.

Let us add that some areas were previously landscaped as part of the “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” program, and in Plodushka Park this work has been going on in stages for several years now. During cleanup days, participants will also be able to vote for objects that will be improved under the “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” program in 2025.
