All five thousand buses and more than 1.6 thousand electric buses of Mosgortrans now have stickers with QR codes to evaluate the performance of drivers. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport Maxim Liksutov.
According to the deputy mayor, citizens can evaluate the work of almost 700 routes of ground urban transport. QR codes are located near the driver’s cabin and near the storage area. With their help, you can give a rating and add a comment about the work of transport on the route.
“Stickers with QR codes have appeared on all Mosgortrans buses and electric buses. Any passenger can quickly and easily evaluate the quality of the trip. Using the link you can also report forgotten items, upload files and thank the driver. We continue to introduce digital services into the work of urban transport on behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin,” said Maxim Liksutov.
