“There is no serious parade planned in Vladimir on May 9,” – said the governor.

According to Alexander Avdeev, the parade will be as well as the laying of flowers, but without a mass procession. However, it is possible that the parade will subsequently be cancelled.

Earlier, Vladimir News reported that the “Immortal Regiment” in the Vladimir region will not be held in person, and also that there will be no fireworks in the Vladimir region on May 9.
