More than 160 facilities will be built in Moscow under the program for creating places of employment

“Under the program to stimulate the creation of places of employment, investors will build more than 160 objects in the capital. Their total area will exceed 4.5 million square meters. m,” said Liksutov.

He said that the implementation of the program started in 2020 according to the decree of the capital’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

“Thanks to it, it will be possible to create more jobs outside the Third Ring Road, Muscovites will be able to spend less time traveling from home to work,” added the vice mayor.

Since the beginning of 2024, under this program, Moscow has concluded 26 new agreements with investors, which provide for the construction of 1.4 million square meters of real estate.

“In particular, agreements were signed on the construction of three production complexes with a total area of ​​more than 183 thousand square meters in the Northern Administrative District, Closed Administrative District and TiNAO. m. Thus, the volume of agreed industrial construction in the first quarter of 2024 more than doubled compared to 2023,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

In the capital it is planned to build 52 office and 15 shopping centers, 6 innovation centers, 9 logistics complexes and 3 sports complexes, 2 clinics, a museum and children’s educational institutions.

For example, in Ochakovo-Matveevsky they are already building a school for 1 thousand places, at least 140 specialists will work in it. And in the Marushkinskoye settlement in New Moscow, thanks to private investment, an educational complex for 1,625 children will appear.

The program to stimulate the creation of small and medium-sized transport facilities has covered all Moscow districts. The city government has concluded more than 90 agreements with investors for the construction of over 4.5 million square meters. m of real estate. These are industrial enterprises, logistics complexes, office and retail facilities, educational, cultural and sports institutions. As a result, more than 210 thousand new jobs will be created. The volume of investments is over 1.4 trillion rubles.

Not only developers who plan to implement their project, but also those who are already building housing in the capital can participate in the program. Land plots for housing development and the creation of places of employment are located in different areas of Moscow. Applications for participation in the program are accepted through the online service on the capital’s Investment Portal.
