Completion of the infectious diseases building in Zagorodny, purchase of premises for a medical university, renovation of schools, cultural and sports institutions: the government of the Vladimir region distributed additional revenues to the regional treasury in the amount of 564 million rubles
Today, at an extraordinary Legislative Assembly, deputies approve the proposals of Governor Avdeev’s team on the distribution of additional revenues from the regional budget – we are talking about an amount of more than 564 million rubles. As the press service of the Vladimir White House clarifies, this is income received thanks to gratuitous receipts from the federal budget and the Territorial Development Fund.
HEALTHCARE
The head of the Vladimir region proposes to significantly increase budget spending in the healthcare sector – this is the completion of the construction of an auxiliary block of the infectious diseases building at the Regional Clinical Hospital, improvement of the territory of the Ivanovo-Esinsky district clinic of the Kovrov district hospital, as well as the cost of medicines for beneficiaries.
EDUCATION
In the educational sphere, funds will be used for repairs, purchase of equipment, and holding events for children. A special line in the educational block marks the proposal to allocate 150 million rubles for the purchase of premises for the second educational building of the Vladimir branch of PIMU. Starting this year, in addition to “general medicine”, the direction of “pediatrics” is being introduced, and for residents – “neonatology”.
Let us remind you that yesterday deputies of the Vladimir City Council decided to transfer free of charge to the ownership of the government of the Vladimir region the space in the “iron house” on Gorky Street, where they plan to train medical students at a branch of the Volga Research Medical University, opened in 2023. Apparently, municipal real estate will still not be enough for the growing branch.
SOCIAL SPHERE
About 72 million rubles will be allocated to create a long-term care system for the disabled and elderly. These funds will be used to develop nursing services and equip rental points for rehabilitation and care products.
CULTURE
Expenditures in the cultural sector will increase by 63 million rubles. These funds are needed for the construction, repair and equipment of institutions, as well as for holding events.
Including at budget expense, the Vladimir authorities want to hold a round table in Moscow to attract investors for the reconstruction and restoration of cultural heritage sites in the Vladimir region. The list includes 26 historical and cultural monuments, among them the ensemble of the Vorontsov estate in the village of Andreevsky, Petushinsky district, the Bazhanov house in the village of Stavrovo, Sobinsky district, and the Demidov mansion in Vyazniki. They can be used primarily for tourism purposes.
TOURISM
It is expected that part of the funds will be used to help 5 enthusiasts create private museums and exhibitions of folk art products.
Additional funds may be allocated to Suzdal for the overhaul of residential buildings, landscaping of the territory near the Spaso-Evfimiev Monastery, the purchase of heat generators for municipal social and domestic facilities, and the completion of the reconstruction of heating networks in the Khrapovitsky estate in Muromtsevo.
SPORT
23 million rubles can be additionally allocated to the development of physical education and sports. Funds will be sent to cities and districts to update the material and technical base, to the Tolkachev gymnastics school for routine repairs and purchase of sports equipment, and for the participation of young football players in interregional competitions.
Housing and communal services
Last year, it was already planned to attract 2.8 billion rubles of special treasury loans for the reconstruction of sewerage and treatment facilities in Suzdal, the construction of wastewater transportation systems in the Sobinsky district, block-modular boiler houses, heat supply networks and heating points in Pokrov, and the reconstruction of wastewater disposal networks in the village of Volginsky. Now these expenses will be included in the budget.
It is also proposed to add 27 million rubles to municipalities for gasification. It is planned to build an additional 10.5 km of gas pipelines to supply gas to 154 residential buildings in the Aleksandrovsky, Kovrovsky, Kolchuginsky and Sobinsky districts. And about 9.8 million rubles will be added to help privileged categories of citizens purchase gas-using equipment and connect to gas networks.
ECOLOGY
Additional funds are allocated for the development of design estimates for strengthening the banks of the Kamenka River, for the overhaul of hydraulic structures on the rivers Kist near the village of Gorki, Yuryev-Polsky district, and Sukhodol near the village of Kuplya, Gorokhovetsky district.
