The section of Svoboda Street from the overpass to the intersection with Koltsovskaya and the section of 60th Army Street from Vladimir Nevsky to Solnechnaya will be reconstructed for 382.4 million rubles. The initial price of the contract has not changed by a ruble, which is fully explained by the lack of competitors – except for SMU-90, no one entered the competition.
The list of responsibilities includes carrying out preparatory work, arranging the subgrade and road pavement, installing storm drains and overhead cables, as well as organizing external road lighting. At the same time, it is necessary to provide everything necessary to create comfortable conditions for all categories of disabled people.
Let us note that during our last conversation with the regional Minister of Road Development Maxim Oskin, he named a number of contractors who are trusted by the authorities. Their list included the SMU-90 company, which received this contract. Recently, it has also received other contracts: for the repair of roads in Voronezh for 703 million, the construction of the second stage of the Ostuzhevskaya interchange for 1.7 billion rubles, and SMU-90 also managed to win two rather large contracts in neighboring Tambov.
