In Kaliningrad they are looking for 16-year-old Alexei Lychkov, who disappeared a day ago. PSO “Zapad” reports this.
The teenager has not been in contact since Thursday, April 25. His whereabouts have not been established.
A thin guy with short light brown hair. He was wearing a red and black jacket with a hood, dark blue trousers, black sneakers and a dark green cap.
