Belarus will help in case of aggression

In Belarus, a modified military doctrine of the republic was approved. The main provisions remained unchanged, but a number of additions and amendments appeared in it.

Now Belarus will provide assistance to friendly states on the basis of international treaties. The Republic is ready to help its allies with all possible forces and means, including sending a military contingent.

The updated document was published on the national legal Internet portal.

In addition, the doctrine states that Belarus considers aggression against one of the CSTO member states to be aggression against all countries of the organization.

Earlier, Lukashenko offered Putin a way out of the conflict with Ukraine. The Russian President agreed that this could work.
