Moscow. 26 April. INTERFAX – The volume of commercial premises in elite new buildings in Moscow commissioned over the past ten years exceeded 80 thousand square meters at the end of the first quarter, according to analysts from the consulting company NF Group.
“Based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, the total volume of commercial space in elite new buildings in Moscow, commissioned over the past ten years, exceeded 80 thousand square meters (9% of the total area of apartments and apartments),” the study says.
Among the districts, the leaders are Khamovniki – 33% of supply and Presnensky district – 30%. In St. Petersburg, the share of such premises is 11%, analysts said.
It is clarified that the weighted average supply price of commercial space in Moscow residential complexes exceeded 1 thousand rubles per sq.m. The requested rental rates vary from 3 to 10.5 thousand rubles per sq.m. per month. The weighted average rental rate is 5 thousand rubles per sq.m. per month. This is twice as much as in St. Petersburg, the company emphasized.
