An accident involving public transport occurred in the Petrodvortsovo district of the city.

On the morning of Friday, April 26, on Bobylskaya road, near the Old Peterhof station in St. Petersburg, a car sharing vehicle crashed into a regular bus. This was reported by eyewitnesses in the “Road Accidents and Emergency St. Petersburg” group on VKontakte.

Judging by the published video footage, the front end of the rented KIA car was seriously damaged, and a wheel flew off. The azure bus was thrown to the right, passengers exited the vehicle.

“The road to Old Peterhof, before the crossing. A morning car from the oncoming traffic crashed into a regular bus. Everyone seems to be alive,” noted witnesses to the incident.

Information about those injured as a result of the incident is currently being clarified.

Judging by the data from the Yandex.Maps service, there is no traffic jam at the accident site.

Let us remind you that the previous evening a passenger bus broke down on Ligovsky Prospekt near the Obvodny Canal embankment. The vehicle slowed down the movement of trams in the area.
