A resident of Kursk was planning to buy a dacha, but fell into the trap of scammers.

A woman found an advertisement for the sale of a plot of land with a house in the village of Shchetinka, Kursk region, on a popular website. The offer was profitable – for a beautiful, comfortable place near the city they asked for only 400 thousand rubles.

The chicken woman called. The seller said that there were many people who wanted to buy his dacha, and hinted that a deposit should be left.

Having received 30 thousand rubles, he asked for another hundred. The woman translated without hesitation.

After this, the ad disappeared from the site, and the seller stopped answering calls. The woman contacted the police.

“It turned out that the phones used by the seller were registered in another region, and the photographs used in the ad were taken from the Internet,” said the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A criminal case has been opened regarding fraud.
